Shipping & Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All our products are shipped directly from our manufacturer. We ship orders using DHL, FedEx or UPS, and other couriers according to the area. Please note that once payments are received orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours. This excludes weekends and holidays. Shipping requires 2-3 business days for stock items. Customized items are shipped within 1 week. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our manufacturer. Please note that once packages are received by the shipper, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item.

Refund POLICY

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, the hair that you purchase is a final sale. We do not offer refunds on any of our hair product purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair.
